Job positions


This section of HR module is the list of job positions (e.g. accountant, designer, sales manager) existing within your company and represented in the database. This entity includes departments, number of employees in it (current and forecasted), recruitment status, last edits. You can add new job positions, edit and/or delete job positions, adjust the view. To edit a job position, just click on it and make amendments.

With this tab your HR department and top executives can see the employment picture for certain job positions, the forecast and plan for recruitment, and manage all those situations. Of course, on a first launch you`ll get an empty list of job positions, so futher on we are going to show you how to add them.

New job position

To add new job position to your database, click New button in the top right corner of a page, which brings up this window to fill.


Specify the job name, select a department, expected number of employees for recruitment, and a stage. You can also add job description and requirements for applicants. Job name field is mandatory. In the second tab called Assignees you may select a user to manage this new job position. When you’ve filled out the form, click Create.

To delete a job position you can put a checkmark next to it in the list and hit Delete button, or open an item and click Delete there.

All the job positions are displayed as a simple list, containing basic pieces of data in columns. You see 25 records per page by default, but you can switch it to 50 or 100 in the bottom of the page.


Informations is grouped in following columns:

  • Job position
  • Department
  • Total forecasted (number of employees)
  • Current number (number of employees)
  • Expected in recruitment (number of employees)
  • Status (no recruitment / recruitment in progress)
  • Created by (name and date)
  • Edited by (name and date)

All column titles serve as ascending/descending sorting links. So, for instance, you can click current number of employees and see the list starting from the biggest number to the smallest, or vice versa.
