In dashboard you can find all essential HR related information gathered visually and assorted in HR metrics. Various graphs and charts include statistical data on number of employees in a company, number of newly hired and sacked workers, working hours and overtimes, vacations days, gender coefficients by departments, company’s hierarchy. All that data is gathered automatically from respective HR sections, and you just need to select a month for viewing.
HR dashboard contains 4 tabs:
- Radial hierarchy
This tab offers statistical data about number of employees in your company, number of hours in work, number of vacations days - for a selected monthly period of time. For instance, in the screenshot below we see, that:
- out of total 192 employees 3 were hired and 3 were fired in September 2016;
- out of 24992 hours assigned 9488 were actually spent in work, 4 as overtime;
- there were 239 employees vacation days, 17 of which as a personal leave, and 20 as a sick leave.
Below this you can find three extra charts. First one is departmental representation by gender, where you see the number of male and female employees in each department marked by blue and red colors. So for example, here we see that in Marketing where 9 people work, 4 of them are male and 5 are female.
The next one displays number of employees with different salary sizes. So in picture below we see that in our company we have 8 employees with a salary range $1000-1250, 3 employees with over $2250 salary, and so on.
The consecutive chart displays similar data about salaries sorted by company departments. Departments here mean all the employees working in a department in total, and bottom line figures mean a total salary size. So all those 9 employees in Marketing are getting $3000 gross per month.
The table here contains numbers of employees both hired and fired month by month.
This is a tree-like visualization representing the structure of your company. As generated based on departments and sub-departments defined in Settings, and employees assigned to departments. The root of the tree is Departments, and all the branches stem from there up to every individual worker. Each branch can be unfolded for viewing and can be folded back.
This is the radial and scaling visualization representing the structure of your company in slightly different way.
