Dashboard

The dashboard shows short, summarized and visualized reports (charts) of the whole sales process in your company. You can either set different time periods for each sales report separately, or same time for all charts at once by pressing on Change date in all charts button, and further you may save all selected dates for all charts, just click on Save dates button which will appear near it. Every chart has View all button below it, so you can open it and go to the respective full menu.

Sales orders

This chart shows summarized data on active sales orders for a selected time frame - a total number of orders and total revenue generated from those orders. Additionally, the number of invoiced orders, orders in a draft, allocated/fulfilled/shipped status. To view all orders click View all button which leads to Orders tab.

Sales invoices

This chart shows summarized data on sales invoice for a selected time frame - a total number of invoices and total revenue generated from those invoices. Additionally, you can see how many invoices are paid, partially paid and unpaid (or canceled). To view all orders click View all button which leads to Invoices tab.

There is also one more board for sales invoices displaying short information on invoices for a selected time period chronologically: date, customer and amount of revenue.

Revenue by sales manager

This chart shows graphical data on top performing sales managers in your company based on revenue for a selected period. You can instantly see who is performing well or determine managers with less revenue and work on that.

 

By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

Revenue by customer

This chart shows a nice pie graph of revenue for a selected period. A pie is divided into portions (arcs) representing the individual customer and the sum of revenue generated. In the center of a circle is shown the total number of revenue. Click on View all brings you to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

Purchase orders

This chart shows summarized data on internal purchases for a selected time period - a total number of purchase orders, a total cost of those orders. To view all purchases click View all button which leads to Purchases/Orders tab.

Purchase invoices

This chart shows summarized data on internal purchase invoices for a selected time period - a total number of invoices, a total cost of those invoices. Additionally, you can see how many invoices are paid, partially paid and unpaid (or canceled). To view all purchase invoices click View all which leads to Purchases/Invoices tab.

Costs by sales manager

This chart shows graphical data for a selected period about expenses made by sales managers in their sales efforts. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

Costs by supplier

This chart shows a pie graph of paid costs for a selected period. A pie is divided into portions (arcs) representing individual supplier and the costs paid to a supplier. In the center of a circle the total number of costs is shown. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

Past due sales invoices

This board shows the list of most recent sales invoices that are overdue for payment. It contains short and basic information on past due invoices for a selected time period: date, customer and amount. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

This board shows the list of most recent purchase invoices that are overdue for payment. It contains short and basic information on past due invoices for a selected time period: date, customer and amount. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

Revenue by country

This chart shows a pie graph of generated revenue for a selected period. A pie is divided into portions (arcs) representing countries and a respective revenue number. In the center of a circle the total number of revenue is shown. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.

This chart shows a pie graph of paid costs for a selected period. A pie is divided into portions (arcs) representing countries and respective costs. In the center of a circle the total number of costs is shown. By clicking View all you go to Invoices tab where you may find more details.
